As a Dutch-Indonesian born in Brazil, raised in Venezuela, the U.S. and Holland, and who attended college in New York, Noël is a citizen of the world. Home is now hot and humid Singapore, to where she immigrated with her South African husband, teenage child and two bossy cats.

When she’s not busy with her IT day job, Noël loves to write books with diverse characters in which readers of all ages will hopefully recognize themselves. She has a particular love for swashbuckling pirates and girls who crave adventure, all of whom demand a place in her stories. Her hobbies are reading, playing the guitar, video editing and traveling. As a breast cancer survivor, Noël believes life is too short to not throw yourself into achieving your goals.
